Cellulite FAQ : Im 5′7 and 149lbs, I don’t really want to lose weight I just want to decrease the cellulite on my thighs and get a flat belly, any suggestions on how to achieve this??

Cellulite FAQ : I am 5ft 9in 145 lbs. flat stomach but by thighs have cellulite in them. My doctor said I am not over weight. Is there a good and fun way to get rid of the cellulite?
