My legs and my **** have cellulite not a lot but some and I don’t like it

How can I get rid of it without surgery, a procedure, or pills?

You have to exercise and tone, that is the only way.

Try these home remedies to get rid of cellulite without surgery:

- Mix 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup grape juiceand 2 cups apple juice and drink daily.

- Apply coconut oil or Centella asiatica oil in the Cellulite areas and massage it gently for about 15 minutes.

- Use 1 teaspoon of ginkgo biloba dried leaves per cup of boiling water and drink this tea twice a day.

- Drink a green tea twice a day.

- Apply Aloe Vera gel in the problem areas and massage it gently for 10 minutes.

There is no such remedy that would melt cellulite away overnight, you have to work really hard on it to get results. But it really IS possible to get rid of it!

In short: nutrition, exercise, massages and scrubs are important. Also body wrapping procedures. However, all these have to be taken in the right order to work – and in several weeks your cellulite will be invisible – guaranteed. I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.

Hi, check on your diet, is the only way to get rid of cellulite. eat as healthy as you can and drink plenty of water every day.

exercising every day helps a lot, running, walking, jogging, swimming or any cardiovascular exercise. you can also try some kind of anti cellulite massages. you can do it yourself, honey massage or cup massages works pretty well. coffee scrub, dry body brushing, body wrappings, all work for cellulite.
