Yup! I’ve tried it and it is a miracle worker. Try out this link:
NOPE!!! Coffee is bad for circlation which is a HUGE cause of celluite. Take herbal teas- Green tea is good for losing weight as it boosts your metabolism!! Add Honey if you like your hot drinks sweet. If it energy your after go for somethign containing Ginseng!
Make sure its not hot.
It just acts as a physical exfoliant. You could get the same effect from any body polish. By giving your skin a smoother appearance it helps your cellulite look better.
i dont think so…
but i know, coffee is good on biscuits and breads.
also good after meal… peace!!
all diet books say cut out caffine
never herd of that…just try it the old fashion way of drinking lots of water and walking anytime you can
uh, no.
Used coffee grounds are said to reduce cellulite. Rub them on your skin in the shower. I haven’t tried this in a while, but I am told that, if done consistently, it works. However, caffeine is a vasoconstrictor. Vasoconstriction can lead to cellulite, so excessive caffeine consumption is not recommended. Green tea is a powerful antioxidant and can reduce cellulite. Having a tan is a great way to reduce the appearance of cellulite, unfortunately, it also weakens skin, which inevitably leads to worsening of cellulite. Exercise (both cardio and weight lifting) is the best way to minimize cellulite. It firms up those troublesome areas! What a terribly plight for 90% of us girls!!
I believe that it can. Coffee is a stimulant and it can over-stimulate the nervous system sometimes. It could possibly help with cellulite!!! It makes alot of sense that it would to me.
