Cellulite FAQ:
I’m 17 years old. I’m 5′7 and weigh 147 LBS….But, I have cellulite (if you push real hard) in the calves of my legs. And my arms seem “bigger” (almost flabby) than they should be. WHAT EXERCISES CAN I DO TO GET RID OF THIS STUFF?

The best thing you can do to rid yourself of fat is to run. When you run it is important to also keep your heart rate up and push yourself. If you just run around the block once and stop when you get tired then you really won’t see any improvement. Running will help you tone every part of your body. You can try squats, leglifts, etc… but if you don’t mix in plenty of cardio then you won’t burn the fat. You’ll have strength and bulk, but never the fat loss of definition you want. If you don’t like the idea of just running, try getting on a treadmill and jogging while watching your favorite hour long TV show instead of sitting on the couch. An exercise bike is good too, but be sure you increase the resistance level as you improve.
Don’t be fooled by the other gimmicks out there claiming they can “Cure” cellulite. There is only one way to reduce the appearance of cellulite, and it is natural!
To reduce that unsightly cellulite three things need to be done:
1. A healthy Diet
2. An aerobic Activity
3. Strength Training focused on the problem area (calves and arms in your case)
Also, avoid foods such as caffeine, alcohol, and processed or foods with unnatural additives.
