Cellulite FAQ:

I always hear about the creams for cellulite and what not, but I’m convinced it only works a little bit. I want to keep an ongoing thing to make sure cellulite isn’t on my body. I have a little bit, and I despise it. How can I completely ban it from my body? What’s a good legit diet to keep up so that it goes away, and what about exercises?? Please help!!!

Cellulite diets are made to guide you in your quest against the problem. Although there are no specific diets recommended to eliminate cellulite there are list of foods that you can start avoiding. For an effective way to fight off cellulite, refrain from eating deep fried foods, sugar and artificial sweeteners, processed foods, carbonated beverages, alcohol, salty foods, and foods that contain “bad fats”. Instead of indulging yourself in foods that are harmful to your health, why not try eating foods that are packed with essential nutrients and vitamins that your body needs.
