Cellulite FAQ:

I am in my early thirties and am noticing the texture of my abdominal skin becoming cellulite-ridden. I am 5′8 and weigh 125 lbs. I don’t want to lose weight neccessarily, but I need a plan to improve/rejuvenate the appearance and texture of my body. No majic cream advice…i’m looking for food and exercise suggestions.

sounds to me like liposuction is your answer here

Once you get cellulite, you can’t get rid of it. You can diet and exercise, and all of it will never go away. Even liposuction doesn’t—or skin lifting/removal. It’s *****. And it doesn’t matter how much you weigh. Even very skinny girls get cellulite.

Only abdominal excercises will build up the muscle enough to disguise some natural cellulite. Cellulite cannot be gotten rid of and is hereditary (and found on most women and some men).

I would try some cardio and crunches. Maybe 30 min on most days of cardio and lots of crunches.

Also, you can massage used coffee grounds into the cellulite to help circulation into that area.
