I’ve read that weight training gets rid of it. Makes sense, because it tones you all over.
I’ve heard in an exercise magazine that exercise can lessen the look of cellulite (it promotes good circulation in the body). It also said that cellulite is more common than you may think. Just to be sure you can look up FitnessRx magazine to check it out. You can probably find it in other exercise mags too.
Cheese causes it, so do other fatty foods. Try to eat more fiber.
Cellulite is when toxins combine with that fat layer we have as women right under your skin layer. Massages work, as well as Thermal and Sonic Treatment. They are expensive though. Drink lots of water, and try to avoid toxins in your food intact, preservatives - fats - high salt - refined sugars.
It is also herititary, does your grandmother have it? Your dad’s mom?

Drink water and exercise…that is the only way that I know to prevent it. I know a lot of people who are smaller and younger than me that have cellulite so I don’t think that weight and age are big factors. You have to take care of yourself to look good.
Weight training won’t give you stretch marks, only expanding and shrinking rapidly in body size/weight (like puberty or pregnancy) creates stretch marks. Cellulite is much less noticeable if the skin is toned–you could do yoga, pilates, weight training workouts, squats, etc. Any of those would give you better muscle tone and make the cellulite less visible. Also since you are underweight it would help you to gain some healthy weight through muscle.
Well first of all cellulite is fatty deposits that were not flushed away.So they get trapped in your thighs as pockets of fat.You say you are thin and your mom does not have it,so you have to ask yourself is cellulite hereditary? the answer is no. then you have to ask yourself do i drink at least a gallon of water in a day?Since drinking plenty of water flushes away fat.then there is the question do you smoke?Besides not drinking enough water, cigarettes,cigars,tobacco,weed, are THE GREATEST contribute rs of cellulite, because they stop the flow of oxygen in your blood vessels and trap fat.There is also the question of exercise regularly, especially exercise that targets your thighs . Then last but not least there is COFFEE you may love coffeee, but it does not love your thighs, coffe also traps fat so does ,chocolate and any cola.Hope this helps you good luck, and remember no one can make you feel inferior without your consent.I am sure you are just perfect don’t let anyone tell you different.You should NEVER try to please anyone but yourself.I hopes this helps good luck.
excercising is the best way to get rid of cellulite and a good steady diet also this is more of my hippy thinking but alot of what happens to us is in our heads so think positively and dont worry about it i used to have acne and then i became so busy with life that i stopped thinking about it and it went away i realize that sounds unlikely but it happened MIND OVER MATTER your brain is the strongest muscle/organ you have and you can do anything with it i also read in a few different things that actively rubbing in tight upward circles in the “affected” areas helps to stimulate the movement of it (cellulite) and thats supposedly helps.
I can tell you that there is a great company with the perfect cream against cellulite, existing and preventing cellulite is gone with it; I can not tell you thru here, so if you want send me a message and I’ll let you know.
