I power walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes a day and do leg and buns exercises 4 times a week. The back (and outter parts) of my thighs still seem to have cellulite on them though. Is there any way to make cellulite disappear??

spot reduction is tought but I highly recomend Interval Training. It is very similar to circuit training. It combines cardio(for fat burning) and resistance training(for building lean muscle tissue) into one workout. These are very fast and effective workouts that don’t have you spending hours in the gym. Most of them you can do at home! No fancy equip-ment needed.
For example, pick 6 exercises. Complete each one for 30 seconds without rest in between. That equals 1 round. After each round rest 60-90 seconds then repeat whole circuit 3-5 more times. I like to do a bodyweight circuit(no added weights, just your bodyweight used as resistance) => squats, push-ups, planks, lunges, pull-ups & mountain climbers. Three rounds of those 6 exercises is an AWESOME workout and it only takes me 12 minutes!!!!

You’re definitely on the right track with the exercises you’re using to target the areas that have cellulite. I would recommend adding to your regimen:
1. Dry brushing for about 10-15 minutes, right on the cellulite, every night — to increase blood flow.
2. Cellulite cream, to accelerate fat metabolism and help your body burn up the cellulite:
I’ve used cellulite cream and it had a huge impact for me!

You can absolutely make the cellulite disappear, but you have to do the right exercises that target the cellulite areas.
