Cellulite FAQ:

I never had this problem until I had my 2nd miscarriage back in 1997. Now, 1 more miscarriage and 2 children later, I have cellulite on my thighs and **** and **** IT!

I’ve always been in good shape, I eat well, but now I have this ugly cellulite and can’t get it to go away.

I walk, ride my bike, work out on my Gazelle, even do some squats and lunges, but nothing! I’ve even resorted to using a coffee grounds and baby oil scrub… this reduces the size (yes, it really works) but they don’t go away. I’m tired of having to wear knee length shorts to hide my thighs and worrying about sitting in a chair because the pressure of my legs on the chair makes the cellulite more noticable.

I’m not a large person, 5′2″ and 128 pounds, so it’s not because I’m “fat” it’s just those damn bumps!

Sounds like you are a healthy and fit person, maybe you just need to accept your flaws and love yourself for all that you are. Even my thinnest friends have some cellulite and as a woman I don’t think you can completely rid your self of it. The only thing I know that really works is to lose body fat, but even then you may still have some. Good luck.

I’ll tell you what the main problem is with thin women who develop cellulite, they don’t get enough animal protein in their diets which leads to a breakdown of supporting muscle tissue from all the cardio.

Cut out the cardio and start a muscle building routine using circuit training. One exercise per body part, one set, to failure. Work in the 10 to 15 rep range. when you complete 15 reps add 5% weight to the exercise.

Eat plenty of steak and chicken and go low on carbs. Cut flower and sugar out of your diet completely.

3 months of that and you’ll see a huge difference. And don’t worry, you wont get too big, you don’t have the hormones necessary to do that.
