I’m a teenager and not over wieght but I can’t seem to get rid of the cellulite on the back of my legs? Are there any specific workouts that target that area? Would running help? Ha, i’m desprate, HELP PLEASE:(

I’ve always been in good shape, I eat well, but now I have this ugly cellulite and can’t get it to go away.
I walk, ride my bike, work out on my Gazelle, even do some squats and lunges, but nothing! I’ve even resorted to using a coffee grounds and baby oil scrub… this reduces the size (yes, it really works) but they don’t go away. I’m tired of having to wear knee length shorts to hide my thighs and worrying about sitting in a chair because the pressure of my legs on the chair makes the cellulite more noticable.
I’m not a large person, 5′2″ and 128 pounds, so it’s not because I’m “fat” it’s just those damn bumps!

Was just wondering has anyone ever used Thermoderm, Celrase or DermaSculpt to treat cellulite?Does it work? I’m trying to get ready for summer & cellulite is a major issue. In research these seem to be the best bet, but I wanted to know if anyone has had experience with them? Thank for your help!

I’m very good on exercising, and I think I have to focus on what I eat also. But to tell the truth, I really don’t eat a lot of fast food and I am very conscience of what I do eat. When I do eat, instead of eating 3 big meals, I usually eat 4 smaller meals. I don’t know, that’s just how my body works. But then again, that’s why I am asking this question, since I don’t like how I look. Does anyone have any advice?

As a kid i have always been underweight, and i never had to worry about what i ate. I didnt think it would ever catch up to me NOW IT IS!
Please besides going outside and joggin or using a treadmill, oh yeh and creams…what excerizes focus on the **** area and thigh area to help reduce cellulite!
Please i would like to get rid of it now before it gets all over my legs! EWW
